In 2006 & 2007 my clients returned surveys that gave me the only award recognition I consider important - the Century 21® Quality Service Award. In 2008 & 2009, their surveys gave me the Century 21® Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award. The award title grew longer because Century 21 believes repeat years deserve extra recognition because fewer than one percent of agents consistently earn this award which is so important to me.
