John Femia brings a career in sales, marketing and data management to The Femia Team. Licensed since 2002, John began his real estate career in Atlanta, GA. Returning home to eastern NC in 2004 gave John the opportunity to bring together a lifetime of business experience and a "born and bred here" knowledge of the area. Long before John began surfing the net, he surfed the Atlantic just blocks from his home in Morehead City. When he wasn't surfing or in school, he flipped burgers in his families restaurant and learned early on to value the contributions new residents make to our area. John's father met his mother during WWII and migrated from CT to marry and brought his entrepreneurial spirit to his new home. The migration of folks from all over the country and all over the world who choose to make their homes here is truly in John's blood. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and any Carolina sporting event is cause for enthusiam and critique. Today, golf is a passion and the greater Wilmington area affords many opportunites for play. |
